Transformation takes time, girl!
After not training with the right intensity (Get my FREE training guide HERE), having the wrong expectations is in the top 3 in the category “Results Killers”.
WHY?
Because you need to consistently do the right things over a long period of time to reach your goals. And having false expectations is a guarantee for frustrations, doubts, inconsistencies, and lack of progress.
Because let’s be very blunt here:
Most women are very good at doing the wrong things inconsistently.
So, if you want to build a body that is above average, here are the different phases you need to go through multiple times in the next years. The length of those phases is very much dependent on your starting point, and training level.
Building Phase – 9-12 months
Fat Loss Phase – 3-6 months
Reverse Diet Phase – 1-3 months
Maintenance Phase – 1-12 months
And, if you truly want to reveal all the potential there’s in you, you’ll have to repeat that cycle several times.
So, concretely, it means this:
Transforming your body takes years.
If you are serious about this, this is one of the most rewarding and empowering adventures you can take on. And it must become a lifestyle you commit to.
