It is supposedly the new holy grail that will cure us all from all our flaws & faults. According to some, it is even stronger than the laws of physics that govern our earth.

I’m sorry to deceive you, but intermittent fasting is only good for fat loss if it helps you to eat in a calorie deficit.
That’s it.
You can’t cheat physics, and thermodynamics stands above any new trend in the health & fitness industry.
Intermittent fasting won’t make you magically lose weight if you aren’t consistent with your caloric intake.
It just won’t.
