However, it’s important to recognize that appearance and self-image are closely connected to overall health and well-being.

Here are a few ways in which focusing on improving your physical appearance and focusing on aesthetic goals can lead to better health:

  1. Adopting healthy habits
    Improving one’s physical appearance often involves adopting healthy habits, such as exercising regularly and eating a nutritious diet. These habits can have numerous positive effects on the body, such as improved cardiovascular health, a stronger immune system, and reduced risk of chronic diseases.
