In the last 3 months with BBB I have learned a lot about exercise technique and that there is one important thing for me in order to progress: the right intensity.
No, my muscle isn't at its limit when it's burning (thanks fitfluencer for the wrong pic).
I can do much more than that! I'm lifting more and more weights each week and the pride when I’ve achieved a new personal best is something nobody can take that away from me.
At the same time, my physique has also changed a lot. My waist has gotten smaller and I finally have a butt! I never had a nice round butt, it was always flat. I'm so happy that this has finally changed.
I can recommend BBB to anyone who is a little lost in the studio, who doesn't notice any changes or who wants to take her training to a new level.
Finally this isn’t about buying one training program after the other now until the end of your life.
It’s about learning how to build the body you want by yourself.
Dragana gives you the "tools" you need to do this and that's why I love it so much.

With BBB I learned a lot about training methods in general but also when to use which method. And most importantly I've learned how to train with intensity and why I’m aiming for it.
In may 2022 I did 1 x 80 kg High Bar Back Squats. Fast forward 5 month later I did 3 x 80 kg on my Squats.
Every week I can increase my weight and the best part is, I’m feeling super strong, self confident and empowered to achieve everything, in the gym and in my daily life.
I would recommend BBB for ladies who want to hit PBs in the gym. Some experience in strength training is an advantage.

How can I cancel the membership?
You will get access to the all Apps within 24 hours of payment. Watch out for an e-mail that explains your first steps with BBB. Your training program starts on the upcoming Monday.
This program requires access to a regular gym. You will need dumbbells, barbells, machines, and cables. If your gym doesn't have a specific machine, we will find an alternative. Just drop us a message in the True Coach App once you enrolled and before you started your training program.
What happens if I miss a training session?
No, you don't. Having said that we do recommend to stick to the training session order as well as the rest days in between the sessions. Life happens and sometimes it will not be possible to stick perfectly to that, we know that, but do the best you can to keep the order the order.
Your training session will be shifted to 'past workouts' in the app and you can catch up on it whenever you want to.
Just drop us an e-mail to getstrong@womenstrengthsociety.com and we will take care of the cancellation. Please make sure to cancel at least 7 days in advance before your next payment is due.
Either you cancel the membership if you are sick or on holidays for more than a week OR if you just miss a week you catch up the missed training sessions.
Once the payment is through you are part of BBB and can start the program. Every 4 weeks you will get a new training program. The membership ends automatically after 12 months if not cancelled by you beforehand.
DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING?
Yes, you do need barbell experience. This program is here to make you stronger and build muscles, so we need you make sure that you move safely in your big lifts (squats, deadlift, bench). Also we want you to train with intensity and effort. If you feel really insecure in your movements, please apply for our 1:1 coaching.
I have an injury. Can i still do this program?
No. This program is not customized. If you have problems with specific movements, please reach out to a physiotherapist or health care practitioner. In that case, you can apply for our 1:1 coaching and in consultation with your health care practitioner, we can create a customized plan that fits your needs.
Will there be any form correction? Can i send you videos?
No. BBB doesn't include video form analysis. That is exclusively part of our 1:1 coaching. Once a week you have the opportunity to drop one video of your big lifts into the WSS platform for video analysis. The video analysis will be shared to the community so that other women can learn too.
What if i have questions? Where can I ask them?
You can drop your questions inside the WSS platform and we will take the time once a week to answer all of your questions. Feel always free to ask as the answer might also help other women inside BBB.
What if I cancel and I come back again...where do I start?
You will always start with phase one as the training programs are built on each other. This will allow you to progress in the best possible way. Don't be sad to start at the very beginning. You are probably stronger than when you started first, so this time you can start even heavier.
MY ENGLISH is not that good. is everything inside BBB written in english?
Yes, it is. But don't worry. If you were able to understand what's written here on the website, it won't be a problem for you. And if you do have questions about anything, you can always ask and we will clarify it for you. We speak: German, English, French and Croatian. ;)
