1. In this phase, we take you deeper into our Strength & Shape System™, teaching you true progressive overload, how to improve your form, and how to train at the right intensity so you retain muscle, gain strength, and avoid looking “soft” as you get leaner.

2. To support definition while keeping your energy high, we integrate the Pro-Metabolic Cardio Engine™ – cardio that enhances fat loss without compromising recovery or strength.

3. Weekly accountability check-ins with your coach keep you consistent, supported while navigating real-life challenges.

4. And because life doesn’t slow down, we use the Lifestyle Integration Matrix™ to help you move through events, travel, holidays, and busy seasons without losing momentum.

5. As you progress, we use our Phase Precision Protocol™ to identify what your body needs next — whether that's tighter macro targets, shifts in cardio, or changes in training focus to keep fat loss moving steadily and predictably.

2. You’ll have personal guidance from me and my coaching team every week. We support you in building muscle, getting stronger, moving better, and improving your overall fitness as we refine your personal transformation process.

3. You also get access to our Health Optimization Lab™ where we look at metabolism, hormones, gut health, blood sugar regulation, and supplements to support recovery, energy, and long-term vitality, so your body feels as good as it looks.

4. We run monthly Workshops and Hot Seat Coaching Calls so you develop a deep understanding of the training and nutrition principles that elevate your physique long-term.
