Before I jointed the coaching by Dragana I did a lot of sports and always thought, I ate the right food but I didn’t get the results i wanted. On top of that I missed a person by my side who helps me with all my training and food questions.

I did already a coaching in 2020 with Dragana and it was the best decision EVER. I learned so many things about nutrition, weight training and myself so I wanted to expend my knowledge again.

My only struggle which kept me from taking action earlier was investing the amount of money but I can tell you every penny is worth it! And you learn something for life.

It’s not about losing weight in 3 weeks or just following a training plan. It’s about getting to know why you’re training in a specific way. Why is it important to have a Tempo and a pause in your training plan. You get to know yourself and why your hormones and your cycle are so important in your daily life. And why we should love all articles of food. You will not regret it!

For me my biggest breakthrough was giving my body all macros which it needs on a daily basis but I also enjoyed my sweets from time to time. I hadn’t the urge of eating the whole chocolate bar. I got the feeling back of enjoying sweets again and I didn’t feel bad eating them.

I learned a lot about myself. Dragana taught me how I can handle stressful situations much better and I take time for myself to reflect.

I recommend the coaching for women, who are willingly to change habits and to try new things. I’m super happy having Dragana as a coach by my side. I don’t have to worry about anything, I can ask her everything, getting knowledge for a life time and I’m achieving my goals I always dreamed about.

A friend of mine referred me to Dragana when I saw her Instagram stories and she looked soo good, small but toned - something that I have always wanted to achieve. And she trained hard from what I saw in her stories.

No matter how hard I tried with training and nutrition I didn’t get the results I wanted. I knew my friend struggled with that as well but there she was looking amazing. So I knew and saw that it was possible to achieve what I wanted for so long.

I never had a doubt that Dragana was the right coach for me. I was a bit scared though of the change in my lifestyle.

My biggest highlight was not losing weight or getting stronger but actually realizing how strong I am.
I always trained under my potential because I wasn’t aware of it. Realizing this made me so much more confident in and outside of the gym.

Another thing Dragana has helped me with is establishing routines in my life that I chose and that are good for my body and my mind. This may sound weird but it helped me get closer to myself and what I want and prioritize in life. I had joined several gyms since I was 25, which included standard training plans. I've worked with coaches before, but  I've never got the results, which I got in only three months of coaching by Dragana.

I was skeptical if an online coaching program would really work (for me). I couldn't imagine how the feedback could really be individual and precise. And after I received my first one on my first training I was sooooo impressed:
Dragana explained everything exactly and showed me pictures, so I could improve my technique from session to session. This made it so much easier to continually progress in my training.
I wish I had met her earlier!

Now, three months of coaching (with 3 x 1 week pause in between), my booty is growing (YAY!), my technique has improved, I'm stronger than ever before (with age of 42 now) and feeling more and more comfortable in my body!

And what really changed my life was learning (and I am still) how to fuel my body properly and eat enough to improve my overall health.

My energy is higher, my PMS has improved, I hardly have any cravings. And, Dragana is always reachable - any question, any little "problem", the answer is coming right away, and is helpful in any way.

I experienced many highlights in the past few weeks.
I couldn't believe that I would ever be able to improve my performance in the gym every week.
Dragana always pushed me, so I entered each new week fully motivated.

I'm lifting weights in the gym that I never thought I would be able to move. I am rather introverted, if I had thought that I have a personal trainer face to face in front of me, I probably would not have agreed to the coaching. I like it the way it is.

Dragana is always there. Analyzing the training session through video is in my opinion just as effective as face to face. I did some exercises the wrong way and together we managed it more than well.

I learned that you must focus on every single exercise. Squats for instance, anyone who does them correctly knows how hard it is to get everything right.

Sports was always connected with weight loss, tiring workouts, dragging myself to the gym… just to in the end never get the result I for example already have now and I'm still far from my goal. All these programs I have done over and over again, a vicious circle! Now it has become my passion, I need the workouts to feel good, to be fit, to unwind.

The side effect that you look better and better from week to week is of course also great, but it was so important to me that sport becomes a part of me and not just a short phase in which you step on the gas pedal to then drop everything again at the end because the result didn't fit. It was simply the best decision. I started in the middle of the pandemic and trained at home until I started going to the gym... it wasn’t easy, especially with a child. But if you change your mindset and think about self-care, it's not that hard to integrate it into your everyday life. You just have to want it. Organization is everything.

After only 10 weeks I have lost 7 kilos!
And that although I wanted to give up because I no longer believed in myself. I have learned in the 10 weeks that I am not worn out or something is wrong with me, but I was simply lacking the right tools.

I‘m losing weight and I‘m eating all day.

But my biggest success so far is that I have realized that setbacks are part of the game. I may not achieve all my goals every day, but I always go into the right direction.

I started the coaching with Dragana one and a half years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health.
I finally found a clear way of how to be healthy and which direction to take for having physical results.

Since, I stopped buying 12 weeks programs, which always gave me hope to have the same results as the fitness influencer or at least, to get closer. I tended to eat not enough to lose weight.
As said before, thanks to Dragana, I was finally able to have the education to feel better, be in good health, and lose weight while eating more food!!!

I discovered strength training and feeling strong is the best feeling I have ever had! My self-esteem increased, I have less back pain, I am stronger for my daily tasks such as carrying my groceries, bending down to pick up things on the floor, carrying heavy things. Finally, I have a reference person who gives me advice and answers my questions quickly, helps me with my training and my relationship with food so I don't need to search for hours on the internet, read everything and on the contrary, try without knowing if it works and wastes time, sometimes even endangering my health.

My journey is not regular and sometimes I do not train or I tend to eat too much. But Dragana is always there for me, without judgment, without telling me that I messed up everything and that I should not have to do this or that. She doesn't make me feel guilty. She is caring and tries to help me find a way to feel better and adjust my training and nutrition as needed. She informs me without forcing me or making me feel guilty.

Since I started, I really feel better about sports and food. Even though I haven't reached my physical goal yet, I feel like I'm doing what I must do to achieve it and thanks to Dragana I finally feel on the right way! The best in coaching has been for me (apart from Dragana who is a wonderful person): to discover the great feeling to feel strong during training but also on a daily basis and no longer feeling lost on the internet, not knowing who to believe and not knowing what to do to have results!

When i joined the coaching, I had long term goals as an athlete and not so much a vision about how to get there: what to do, when, and how.

Body transformation is a marathon. Not a sprint. We want to provide you with the best results and coaching experience.
That means  together we will go through all phases (fat loss, reverse diet, maintenance, building) to transform your body, make you badass strong, and make your results last for a lifetime.

Your program starts once you enrolled during our discovery call and the payment went through. We always shoot for the upcoming Monday to start with your first week at Women Strength Society.  Your program 'ends' after 12 months, but you'll be offered to re-sign if you're loving it!

Is there a back-up plan when gym shut down agAIN?

Book your discovery call and together we'll find out. That way you can ask all questions that are on your mind and we can tell you if we are a good fit or not. If you are not ready to make this commitment we encourage you to check out our Building Badass Babes membership.



This coaching is highly individualized. If something changes in your current training situation, we will immediately adjust your training program.

We are not cancelling on you, so you're not cancelling on us. If there come up medical conditions that prevent you from training, let us know and we might pause the coaching.

The coaching continues in a way that fits your current needs. We might focus in that time on how to implement everything you've learned so far, while being away. An important life lesson that will help you make your results sustainable.

You will get every Monday a feedback on your weekly check-in and on top of that you'll get feedback on all training session. But please don't hesitate to drop your coach a message whenever it's needed. We talk very candidly with our clients!

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING AND FOOD TRACKING?

Not all at, but be aware that the focus then lies on learning how to train and how to track your food intake. It doesn't mean you'll not see any body composition changes, but they might be a bit slower depending on how fast you are able to implement what you've learned.

HOW FAST CAN I LOSE WEIGHT?

As we focus on fat loss rather than weight loss only, we shoot to not overshoot a fat loss rate of 300-500g per week. That's the best case number you can expect from implementing all protocols your coach gives you. It's more likely that you lose the higher end of the range if you have more weight to lose.
