In this phase, we get rid of unwanted body fat, while getting stronger.
With our guidance, education & support, you'll be able to say "bye-bye" to fad diets for good.
After seriously leaning out, this is where we stabilize the weight, so you can eat more while maintaining your new look.
This is where a lot of magic happens & is a missing piece in most weight loss programs.
Now is the time to create muscles for that toned, athletic appearance.
This is also the phase where we set you up for your next transformation cycle, and get badass strong.
We started with a 3 month body recomp phase that resulted in 2kg weight loss while getting stronger in the gym. We followed up with a very long building phase over 12 months. This client has already been pretty lean at the beginning of the coaching, so we were able to add 8kg during the build & push the calories up from 1.750kcal to 2.950kcal. After getting stronger than ever before and achieving a few performance milestones she had been working on for years without achieving them, our client started our photoshoot prep program 'THE SHOT'. She lost 8kg in 20 weeks while maintaining muscle mass & strength in the gym, getting ready for her first photoshoot ever. This was followed by a 6 week reverse diet phase & now by a maintenance phase to let the body settle in this new body composition.
We started with a 7 month body recomp phase that resulted in 10kg weight loss while getting stronger in the gym. After that came a building phase over 12 months. We stayed around maintenance calories, but pushed it hard in the gym and hit some amazing personal bests in her deadlifts, squats, and bench press as well as achieving her first pull-ups. The Goal now is to cut weight over a 20 week fat loss phase that aims to reduce body weight by around 8-10kg again, revealing all the muscles she built during this year of hard work.
We started with a 6 month body recomp phase that resulted in 3kg weight loss while getting stronger in the gym. The focus was more so on establishing healthy habits when it comes to food choices, sleep hygiene, stress management, and setting boundaries. This allowed us to go into a long building phase that lasted 14 months with a little break in between & a weight gain of 6kg. In this time, the strength numbers in the gym exploded. We are now in a 25 weeks phase of fat loss to prep her for her first bikini photoshoot. During the first phase of body recomp, we learned that refeeds & diet breaks were important for this particular client to help her stay on track. This is why we planed enough time to be able to get the best results possible.

The language of the WSS App as well as all guides, and exclusive content is English. With your coach, you can communicate in English, German, French, or Croatian.
All training programs inside the WSS membership are gym based.
If you are training at home, make sure that you have at least a barbell, dumbbells, a bench, as well as a cable tower. Please note that the progress will be slower than training in the gym. We can provide you with substitute exercises but bodyweight exercises are not an option. So if you have no gym equipment at home, this membership is not for you.

Yes, absolutely. We recommend choosing the PLUS or PREMIUM membership in that case as you're getting an even higher level of support when it comes to your exercise execution as you're getting feedback on your form, as well as training individualization. If you can only afford the LIGHT membership, you'll still have access to educational in-depth content to make sure you do everything correctly.
If your goal is body transformation, we highly recommend you to do so. Only by matching training, nutrition, and recovery, you're able to create a defined & athletic look. That being said: Inside WSS we teach you our Flexi-Food-Method that will allow you to gain flexibility and balance within your nutrition. This is the key to enjoying your favorite food while still massively improving your look & your fitness. If tracking your food is causing you emotional distress, then this membership isn't for you.

The classic training programs consist of 4 weeks and every new program work you through a different training method. WE ARE DIFFERENT. Instead of writing a training program that is based on the calendar, our Strength & Shape Formula makes sure that the training phases are built on each other, following the transformation phase you are in.
We'll take care of that and you never ever again need to worry if what you are doing is the right way to go. Our Strength & Shape Formula answers your questions: When to cut, how long to cut, how to do a reverse diet, when to build, how long to build, how much to gain in that phase, how to train during the different phases etc. Joining WSS will give you access to your own Transformation Roadmap that puts all pieces of body transformation together. LIGHT & PLUS - Our membership is designed to help you continuously progress from week to week. Holidays and being sick are part of life, and it WILL happen at some point. It doesn't mean that you stop working on your goals altogether. Thus, the membership keeps going, and we will provide you with the right support to help you smoothly get back on track with your training & nutrition, as well as doing the right things during your holiday or sickness.
If you're traveling for several weeks or months at a time or are unable to train because of an illness, then you'll need to cancel the membership and start again at a later time.
PREMIUM - The membership continues in a way that fits your current needs - no matter if life is stressful, you're sick, or you're traveling the world, we'll find a tailor-made solution for you that makes you continue working on your goals and working around obstacles. If you have the clearance from your doctor to train, and you are familiar with strength training, you can still do the programs, but this might not be the right time to start a membership that focuses on body transformation.
