But before I go into that, let me introduce myself. My name is Dragana, and I can lift almost twice my bodyweight from the floor, do a few chin-up, I have lost weight at will - without sacrificing my favorite food.
It wasn't always like this, though. After starting my fitness journey, I trained regularly and ate healthy for almost 5 years straight. Yet despite my efforts and discipline, I looked nothing like it.
And one day, after I had a massive binge in the evening and inhaled a full bag of chocolate bars, I was done. I decided I had enough of jumping from one diet to the next, cutting out entire food groups or living on green salad & crispbread (because normal bread was BAD) while pushing myself in the gym - to see no results when I looked at myself in the mirror.
The frustration of the last five years made me so determined, I was going to find a solution no matter what. So I searched for answers, hired expert coaches, invested heavily in my education, and learned the ropes of true body transformation.
And then, it finally happened. Things started falling into place and I saw progress. At first, it was slow, but it added up over time. From this point onward, it took me only ONE YEAR to go from this (left) to this (right).
But truth be told, I'm tired of seeing so many BS still being told & sold to women who want to transform their bodies. Especially when I know for a fact they won't work - because those are the things that left me frustrated and wondering what was wrong with me.
