Before working with you, there had been no progress for weeks, neither on the scale nor visually, and I was about to give up. I started falling back into old patterns and skipped the gym. I thought I just had to accept that this was how it was going to be, that there was nothing more I could do. I had always been a bit chubby even before the pregnancies, but now I would never truly be slim. On the day you announced the challenge, I went back and forth in my thoughts. Was I even suitable for it? I was still super unfit, and I didn't think I could achieve anything in 6 weeks, and then I would not only disappoint myself but also disappoint you. Besides, I'm entering the exam phase at university (I'm studying law), and I have to study a lot. I'm under a lot of stress, and I snack incredibly much (I've always convinced myself that I need sugar while studying). When you messaged me, it felt like a sign πŸ˜…

Through the challenge, I not only gained new motivation but also hope that I hadn't reached the end of my "fitness career" but rather just beginning. I have not only learned a lot about training but also about myself, realizing that I can persevere, that I am much stronger than I ever thought, and that my body can still change, and even more so in 6 weeks than in 6 months. Besides transforming my body, I have tremendously trained my discipline in the past 6 weeks. Going to the gym required much less effort because I didn't question whether it was worthwhile, and I even looked forward to it. Seeing that exercises became easier for me, that I could lift heavier weights or do more repetitions, boosted my self-confidence to the point where I believed I could accomplish anything for the rest of the day. This positive mindset also had a beneficial impact on everything else. Previously, I was always afraid to increase the weight because I knew my form was not perfect, and I didn't want to injure myself. It felt incredible to trust someone who knew what they were doing and to implement their specific tips and advice.

My highlights are definitely being able to leg press over 150kg; I never thought I could do that before. I believed my limit was at 100kg. Additionally, achieving a pull-up was a significant accomplishment. I had been "training" specifically for it for months, but nothing happened until suddenly, from one week to the next, I succeeded. Another highlight is fitting into pants that I had sorted out years ago, thinking I would never fit into them again. Lastly, I now know that I can stick to a diet at any time, regardless of whether it's a favorable or unfavorable moment. That's why I would recommend this challenge to everyoneβ€”someone like me who is just starting out and has no real plan but genuinely wants to make a change, as well as someone who has been training for years and may need a change in perspective. Everyone can learn something new when they seek the guidance of someone who knows what they're doing. That's why I want to thank Dragana! Thanks to you, I feel much healthier, fitter, and simply better, and on my wedding day, I will feel much more beautiful than I ever could have without your help!


The coaching has changed every aspect of my life for the better. Not only did I learn how to control my nutrition so that it has positive effects on how I feel and how I look, but it also made me more confident and believe in myself more.

I am now able to stand up for my goals and don’t hide them anymore from others. I believe that I can do anything I want to! I also got stronger in the gym, now that I have someone who gives me feedback for every training session and who tells me to add more weight (even if I don’t think I can do it :)) which makes me stronger in other areas of my life, too.

I did lose weight and got closer to my goal, but this is only the beginning! I can’t wait to see what the next year brings for me!

Also, Dragana has so much knowledge, I tell her what bothers me and she has a solution at hand! This is because she’s been through every aspect of this journey as well and knows what roadblocks there are and is there to help you. I could go on for pages but I come to an end. The coaching has changed every aspect of my life for the better

I am sitting here crying and cannot put into words what has happened since the start of the coaching. The past three/four weeks have been really tough, and I have reached my limits. No, I have gone BEYOND my limits, and I didn't recognize myself in many situations. The past weeks have demanded a lot from me, and sides of me have emerged that I didn't even know existed - both positive and negative.

And now, here I am, almost 9 months later, at least 12kg lighter, incredibly proud, and grateful for the toughest but somehow most beautiful weeks in which my life, my appearance, my character, and my inner attitude have completely changed. For me my biggest breakthrough was giving my body all macros which it needs on a daily basis but I also enjoyed my sweets from time to time. I hadn’t the urge of eating the whole chocolate bar. I got the feeling back of enjoying sweets again and I didn’t feel bad eating them.

I learned a lot about myself. Dragana taught me how I can handle stressful situations much better and I take time for myself to reflect.

I remember that I wanted to have "strong legs", a skinny appearance and be able to do push ups, but now I want a bigger back and be able to deadlift triple my own body weight. πŸ˜„

I had joined several gyms since I was 25, which included standard training plans. I've worked with coaches before, but  I've never got the results which I got while working with Dragana.

I was skeptical if an online coaching program would really work (for me). I couldn't imagine how the feedback could really be individual and precise. And after I received my first one on my first training I was sooooo impressed:
Dragana explained everything exactly and showed me pictures, so I could improve my technique from session to session. This made it so much easier to continually progress in my training.
I wish I had met her earlier!

Now, my booty is growing (YAY!), my technique has improved, I'm stronger than ever before (with age of 42 now) and feeling more and more comfortable in my body!

And what really changed my life was learning (and I am still) how to fuel my body properly and eat enough to improve my overall health.

I've never liked my legs as much as
I do now!

Dragana, I just walked past the mirror and thought, "My God, my legs look amazing."

And despite all my self-love, I could never ever stand my legs. It felt like I never lost weight there no matter how many attempts I made. And now, it's not even halfway through with us, and I'm just starting with the diet, but I can already say: I've never liked my legs as much as I do now! When I still hadn't gotten my period after three-quarters of a year, I started trying different things. I reduced jogging and eventually stopped it altogether. I decided to eat more and focus on strength training. But somehow, nothing helped. When I finally let go and ate significantly more, I faced my fears. If I thought I didn't need to eat something anymore and the thought of it scared me, I ate it. I wasn't tracking at the time, but I ate a lot. I didn't feel sick afterward, and I didn't eat more than I was hungry for, but I significantly increased my fat intake and rarely had an extra source of carbs in my meals. I quickly gained weight. At first, I was very happy about it. I used to want my inner thighs to touch so that I could be just as annoyed as other girls. When that was the case for the first time in my life, I was very happy. But my period still didn't come. Finally, I decided from one day to the next to completely stop exercising. I didn't train for 3 months and continued to gain weight. Nothing changed, so I started strength training again afterward. Slowly I began to notice changes in my body. My Libido increased, and mood swings became more frequent, but my period still wouldn't come.

Then I saw Draganas post about a 6-week challenge and decided to participate spontaneously. I had often thought about finding a coach before but never dared to take the step. After the first training sessions, I could train completely pain-free again. I had a plan for training, a contact person, and more structure. In the beginning, I couldn't deal with the macro distribution at all. So many carbs and so little fat - for my standards. I tried to cover the carbs "healthily" with quinoa, millet, amaranth, and the like. My digestion didn't like that amount. I thought it just wasn't for me, I needed more fat, and I hoped Dragana would maybe adjust and change the macros, but she didn't. Instead, she advised me to eat white rice and fiber-poorer foods. And who would have thought, it got better. Gradually, I approached the specifications.

The protein goal was also a challenge for me at the beginning. I would wake up hungry at night, thinking that I wasn't eating enough fat. Fat was so important to give security to the female body. I ate a vegan diet the whole time. When I told Dragana about my problems, that was actually her first question about my diet. "Do you eat vegan?" - "There could be a connection." At first, I couldn't imagine eating meat again no matter how hard I tried. I thought if I had to cry while eating, then that couldn't be the solution either. Dragana didn't pressure me. She would ask me questions that would make me think. Encouraged me to give it a chance. Two months after starting coaching, one month after eating meat for the first time in 4.5 years of being on a vegan diet, I got my period. Since then, I have become stronger than ever before. I can do free squats, even though just a few months ago, my knees hurt even while doing bodyweight squats. I train more structured and planned than ever before. I enjoy training. I do exercises that I would have never dared to do alone and just had my 5th period in a row. I track my food without stressing about it. It even makes my life easier. I eat everything. I'm totally free. I have a new job where I feel comfortable. I go on dates. I accept my body.

I would have never arrived at this point so quickly on my own. I would have discarded many things much faster if they didn't feel good right from the beginning. I wouldn't have had anyone to talk to about my insecurities. I don't want to miss out on the support anymore. I'm incredibly grateful for the coaching and very proud of myself.

What have been your results from the coaching?

1 year after starting the coaching: I have lost almost 12 kg. I feel healthy and happy. My cardiologist is very satisfied (I have a heart condition and learned how to train my heart). I have learned how to eat properly (thanks for your nutrition guide and the many tips). I'm really excited to keep going, and my next goals are clearly defined. I'm looking forward to it!

For me, the biggest success or most amazing experience are the leg extensions! One year ago, I almost collapsed with 10 kg, and now, one year later, my now muscular πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ thighs can handle a very controlled 70 kg. Unbelievable! Furthermore, and no less important, were the gym videos (1:1 coaching) and your feedback on them. Exactly those (your remarks, corrections, tips, and hints, etc.) helped me improve, increase the weights, and therefore, change my body. 😊 

From the beginning, my body tried to resist change. In the first 3 months, I had already lost 4 kg! Then, nothing happened. Then came vacation (2 kg back up), then summer arrived, and I went to the gym as often as possible, but my body didn't care at all! I stayed at 67 kg for over 6 months! Honestly... I wanted to give up. But Dragana didn't give up on me! And my dear coach, I will never forget that! 🌻

How is your coaching experience? What's your favorite part?

I would like to say now that you made it as my coach ❀️❀️❀️ But I made it through YOU! Another favorite part: No one! No coach before you has ever told me that I should consume at least 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily, especially when doing sports, especially strength training. At first, I had real difficulties incorporating these protein amounts into my diet. Nowadays, it's really fun to plan and cook 😊. 

In any case, before our time together, I also did a lot of strength training, but without controlled weight progression and always the same exercises. No wonder that neither my weight nor my body changed. In this chaos of online trainers who promise everything & anything, like to show themselves and hear themselves talk, the ones I have also tried, you are the only one who showed/taught me how to train properly without constantly getting injured and how to eat without having to give up everything! 

And what I also would like to highlight is the community behind you. All the amazing ladies, the shared exchange of successes, but also failures, you have done a wonderful job with that, and I'm proud to be a part of it!

Starting coaching with Dragana was the best decision last year. I've always wanted to have more defined muscles, but I didn't know what to do.

Years of workouts had brought some results, mainly fun and sweat, but I didn't improve much by what I was doing.

Since I've been in coaching, I've learned incredibly much: what a structured training looks like, how to train with intensity and progression, and what and how much to eat to make it all come together. I never in my life thought I would become so strong and be able to lift heavy weights, that my muscles would finally become visible and larger. The increasing body fat percentage during the building phase doesn't bother me at all, and I'm very proud of the whole process.

What I enjoy the most is the mental freedom: the responsibility lies with Dragana, and I just have to execute what she says. Especially great is that such coaching can be wonderfully combined with traveling. For less equipped gyms, Dragana immediately adjusted my training plan, and I could still train efficiently.

I recommend everyone to have a 1:1 coaching. It is the best investment in oneself. The confidence of doing everything right in training and the strength I gained from it, not only physically but also mentally, are priceless.

Dragana is always there, and analyzing the training sessions through video is, in my opinion, just as effective as face to face. I was performing some exercises incorrectly, and together we managed to correct them very well.
I have learned that you need to focus on each individual exercise, especially squats. Anyone who performs them correctly knows how difficult it is to get everything right.

For me, strength training/sports was ALWAYS associated with weight loss, tedious workout sessions, and the hassle of going to the gym... only to never achieve the desired results. It was always a vicious cycle with all the programs I did over and over again. Now, it has become my passion. I need these workout sessions to feel good, be fit, and disconnect from everything.

The side effect of looking better week after week is, of course, great, but it was also important to me that exercise becomes a part of me and not just a short phase where I put in a lot of effort only to let everything fall after a while because the results didn't match. It was simply the best decision. I started in the middle of the pandemic, training at home until I was able to go to the gym... it was not easy, especially with a child. But when you change your mindset and prioritize self-care, it's not that difficult to integrate it into your daily life. You just have to want it. Organization is everything.

In the last 3 months with WSS I have learned a lot about exercise technique and that there is one important thing for me in order to progress: the right intensity. 

No, my muscle isn't at its limit when it's burning (thanks fitfluencer for the wrong pic).

I can do much more than that! I'm lifting more and more weights each week and the pride when I’ve achieved a new personal best is something nobody can take that away from me.

At the same time, my physique has also changed a lot. My waist has gotten smaller and I finally have a butt! I never had a nice round butt, it was always flat. I'm so happy that this has finally changed. 

I can recommend WSS to anyone who is a little lost in the studio, who doesn't notice any changes or who wants to take her training to a new level. 

Finally this isn’t about buying one training program after the other now until the end of your life.

It’s about learning how to build the body you want by yourself.

When I joined the coaching, I had long terms goals as an athlete and didn't know much about how to get there: what to do, when, how, etc. Dragana took the time to listen to me and offered a strategy to get to my goals.

First, I would say that the coaching gave me more discipline as an athlete and a training program that could easily fit into my everyday life. I've learned about strength training & nutrition as a lifestyle. Quickly I started to see some results and that's what really helped me to keep going.

I started the coaching with Dragana one and a half years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health.
I finally found a clear way of how to be healthy and which direction to take for having physical results.

Since, I stopped buying 12 weeks programs, which always gave me hope to have the same results as the fitness influencer or at least, to get closer. I tended to eat not enough to lose weight.
As said before, thanks to Dragana, I was finally able to have the education to feel better, be in good health, and lose weight while eating more food!!!

I discovered strength training and feeling strong is the best feeling I have ever had!
